Can I take a pram, surfboard or walker?
Yes just let us know when you are booking so that we can accommodate it.

Do you have child seats in both the cars and buses?
Yes just let us know when you are booking so that we can put them in.

Is it extra for a luggage trailer?
No, we don’t charge extra, we just need to know when you make the booking.

Can I book the whole vehicle?
Yes that is an Exclusive booking.

Where do I meet the driver at the Domestic Airport?
At the luggage carousel allocated for your flight even if you don’t have luggage.

Where do I meet the driver at the International Airport?
Shuttle Bus Passengers will be met at the Meeting Point ( blue wall inside the terminal adjacent to Thrifty Car rental desk).

Exclusive Passengers will be met at the exit gate.
The driver will be holding a sign with your name on it. If you cannot locate the driver, Phone 42617393 straight away, if after hours please press 1 to go through to an operator who can help you.

How long do I have to wait for the shared shuttle?
We try to minimise waiting time to 45 maximum as a rule, but sometimes flight delays beyond our control can extend that.

Where do I meet the driver at the Cruise Terminal?
Look for the designated pickup points, usually where we drop you off.

What if I need to contact Leisure Coast Limousines after hours?
Call 02 4261 7393 and follow the prompts.

Should I let someone know if my flight is delayed or cancelled?
Yes, we need to know as soon as anything happens so that we can make alternate arrangements if need be.Please call us on 02 4261 7393 and follow the prompts.
